1. How can I register for MEExpo?
From Monday May 12 to July 4, 2025 a pass to MEExpo costs $350 for members and $525 for nonmembers
2. Is there a designated block of hotel rooms available for booking?
The hotel room block at the Radisson Blu Mall of America for the Mining and Energy Expo 2025 is now available!

3. I am interested in becoming a sponsor, how do I learn more?
Great! We'd be thrilled to learn more about your presentation ideas. Please reach out to Ryan@betterinourbackyard.com or, easier yet, feel free to fill out the form on the speaker proposal page and we will be in touch!
4. How do I get my badge when I arrive?
Not to worry - Registration check-in will be super easy to find. Look for the signs!
5. Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely. The more the merrier! Please remember when registering you need to fill out a separate registration for each guest.
6. Can I substitute an attendee for a different name?
Yes. If you've registered and paid already, please reach out to Ryan@betterinourbackyard.com or becky@giantvoices.com to change a registrant's name in the system!
7. How can I attend as press?
Please reach out to Ryan@betterinourbackyard.com, or Becky@giantvoices.com and we will assess our attendance policy and get you in the door for fun media coverage. Keep an eye out for a press release and media advisory as we get closer to the event.
8. What is the WiFi?
We don't know yet but will post it here when we know!
9. Where are the details about the breakout sessions?
The agenda will be the most up-to-date page to refer to. Or, if you're tired of looking at your phone, go talk to someone at the registration desk. We will be there all day!
10. I am interested in learning more about the Mall of America, how can I learn more?
